PURPOSE:To make possible to eliminate the residue of xenobiotic by crosslinking protein of a part to be bonded on an organic tissue of skin, blood vessels, organs or the like with transglutaminase alone by preparing an organic tissue adhesive with the transgluatminase as an effective component to be bonded firmly. CONSTITUTION:Transglutaminase has a VIIIth factor activity to allow the crosslinking of various proteins in a plasma and makes the checking of bleeding possible in a single form. It is used as alternative of the VIIIth factor to promote the formation of fibrin so that a fibrin mass and a coagulated matter of blood are crosslinked to a blood vessel and other organic tissues directly to make a bleeding-checked part hard to peel. The transglutaminase is used as an effective component to prepare an organic tissue adhesive and a blood coagulant. The organic tissue adhesive and blood coagulant is formed in the transglutaminase itself, a solution containing the transglutaminase, dosing patterns using an excipient in a semi liquid or an auxiliary agent or the like. |
