<p>PURPOSE: To automatically restore wire rods to a former shape in a blood vessel, and capture a thrombus by opening a capturing part by arranging a reinforcing part in a contact part of the wire rods of an optional angle, the optional number and an optional shape, and arranging the capturing part having an optional shape inside the wire rods. CONSTITUTION: The tip of a sheath 7 is detained in an object part in an in vivo blood vessel from outside of the body, and a wire rod 1A is combined at an angle of 45 degrees with a wire rod 1B from a tail end opening part of its sheath 7, and a wire rod 1C is combined with the wire rod 1A and the wire rod 1B, and its contact part 2 is inserted into the sheath 7 by reducing a diameter of a filter 13 fixed by welding. Next, the filter 13 is pushed out by a pushing catheter, and a diameter of the filter 13 is expanded, and the filter 13 is detained in a blood vessel. The wire rods are formed in an optional shape, and a capturing part 14 is arranged, and the filter 13 is made detainable in a blood vessel. Therefore, the wire rods are automatically restored in a former shape in a blood vessel, and the capturing part 14 is opened, and a thrombus can be captured.</p> |
