PURPOSE: To write control data of a controlled device even during the operation of the controlled device by reading data for operation out of a buffer while next operation stops after writing the data for operation in a buffer during the operation of the controlled device, and performing control according to the data for operation in response to a next operation start signal. CONSTITUTION: On a circuit for pulse generation as the controlled device, a data area for next operation is prepared as a prebuffer. During the operation of the circuit for pulse generation, frequency data and predata A and B on a movement quantity, etc., are written in the prebuffer. After a predata start command C is inputted, frequency data F and movement quantity data G which are read out of the prebuffer are inputted as control data are inputted in a stop period D of the circuit for pulse generation, i.e., after operation end timing E, and the next operation starts in response to a start command as data H for operation which are read out of the prebuffer. |
