<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent related component parts from being damaged by a method wherein a load voltage applied to an ice removing motor is compared with a predetermined reference voltage and when, as a result of the comparison, the load voltage is found higher than the reference voltage, a control signal for interrupting an operation of the ice removing motor is outputted. SOLUTION: There is provided an over-load sensing circuit 40 in addition to an ice removing motor control section 5. The over-load sensing circuit 40 is operated such that when an ice removing motor 4 is normally rotated, a load voltage applied to the ice removing motor 4 is sensed by a current sensing resistor 41 and in turn when the ice removing motor 4 is rotated in a reverse direction, the load voltage applied to the ice removing motor 4 is detected by a current sensing resistor 42. The load voltages detected by these current sensing resistors 41, 42 are inputted to inverting terminals of a comparator 46 and they are compared with the reference voltage attained through two voltage-dividing resistors 43, 44. As a result of this comparison, when the load voltages are higher than the reference voltage, a control signal for interrupting an operation of the ice removing motor 4 is outputted through a micro-computer 3. Accordingly, it is possible to prevent some associated component parts from being damaged.</p> |
