<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor drive unit provided with a disconnection detecting function concerned in an insulation failure detecting circuit. <P>SOLUTION: This motor drive unit 1 is constituted of a battery 2, an inverter circuit part 3 driven by a PWM carrier frequency, a three-phase alternating current motor 4, a leakage current detecting circuit 7, and an insulation failure detecting part 10. The drive unit 1 is provided with a waveform forming circuit part 8 for detecting disconnection in a route ranging over from the battery 2 to the insulation failure detecting part 10 through the leakage current detecting circuit 7, and a disconnection determining circuit part 9 therefor. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
