PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic banking system allowing a common server to freely have an interface with a terminal demanding an offer of a financial service.

SOLUTION: A user terminal 30 such as a portable communication device or a PC demanding the offer of the financial service; an enterprise A server 20A and an enterprise B server 20B which are common servers providing the interface for providing the user terminal 30 with the financial service; an electronic bank server 10 receiving the offer demand inputted from the user terminal 30 from the enterprise A server 20A and the enterprise B server 20B which are common servers and performing the financial service according to the offer demand; and a network 50 communicatably connecting a provider 40 of the user terminal 30, the electronic bank server 10, the user terminal 30 and the enterprise A server 20A and the enterprise B server 20B which are common servers, are provided.
