<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a brush holder capable of reducing the mutual contact of a plurality of terminals to be embedded in a brush holder resin body. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This manufacturing method configures a brush holder by aligning and embedding terminals T3-T11, each having a shape in which the central section is bent, in the brush holder resin body. It includes a first forming step of forming one end side first resin body 71 and the other end side first resin body 72 that are a part of the brush holder resin body and manufacturing a terminal integral part 73 where the plurality of terminals T3 to T11 are supported with the one end side first resin body 71 and the other end side resin body 72 so as to embed a part of the terminal excluding the central section thereof in each of the plurality of terminals T3 to T11 where the central sections are arranged in linear state, a bending step of bending the central sections (bending line L) after the first forming step, and a second forming step of forming a second resin body composing the outer shape of the brush holder resin body after the bending step is provided.
