According to the present invention, an injection nozzle injecting a hardening agent at a high speed is installed on the outer side of the injection tip device. A diffusion nozzle injecting an admixture is installed on the upper side or the lower side of the injection nozzle. The injection tip device moves to the upper side or the lower side, and the admixture in which the air is mixed to the hardening agent injected at the high speed is injected and hardened. After the admixture mixed with the air is injected, the hardening agent is injected at the high speed and is hardened.
