PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer device which securely holds luggage and transfers the luggage in a compact manner.SOLUTION: A transfer device includes: a holding part 173 which holds luggage 200; an electromagnet 174 which generates attraction power which attracts the luggage 200 in a transfer direction; a movement mechanism 175 which causes the electromagnet 174 to move into or move out from a transfer area 203; and a moving mechanism 176 which causes the electromagnet 174 to reciprocate in the transfer direction getting over the luggage 200 held by the holding part 173.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 |
