sending, in a physical frame, a downlink sounding channel and a Channel Quality Information (CQI) feedback resource indication; and receiving CQI in the physical frame, in which the CQI feedback resource indication is sent, and selecting a suitable transmission mode for downlink data transmission according to the CQI; wherein the CQI feedback resource indication comprises an indication of resource allocated, and the indication of resource allocated comprises a symbol offset and a duration, wherein the symbol offset indicates a starting symbol of a user resource block, and the duration indicates a number of continuous symbols of the user resource block. |
