摘要 |
PURPOSE:To increase coercive force by reacting an organic transition metal compound selected from a transition metal carbonyl compound and api.complex compound of transition metal with NH3 in an organic solvent with applying a specific magnetic field. CONSTITUTION:An organic transition metal compound selected from a transition metal carbonyl compound such as Fe(CO)5 and a complex compound of transition metal such as (pi.C5H5)2Fe is reacted with NH3 in an organic solvent such as 5-22C paraffin at 10-130 deg.C to form NH3 adduct or amino compound of an organic transition metal and impurities are removed by separation. Next, >=300 gauss magnetic field is applied to said reaction system and the reaction system is heated to >=130 deg.C with continuing supplying of NH3, then reacted to afford the aimed magnetic nitride transition metal powder having 100-200esu/g saturated magnetization and 800-2500 oersted coercive force. |
