PURPOSE:To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit in which a trouble countermeasure means is previously incorporated into a semiconductor integrated circuit and a normal input signal is generated in analogy from an abnormal signal and the input signal is inputted into each function block when the abnormal block input signal is inputted. CONSTITUTION:A semiconductor integrated circuit is equipped with an inside signal buss 3 which receives an input signal 1 and outputs an output signal 2 outside and the A-D functional blocks 4-7 which receive the block input signals 24, 27 30 and 33 from the buss 3 and supplies each functional output to the inside signal buss 3. The A functional block 4 is equipped with an input signal generating circuit 12 which receives the block input signal 24 and supplies a corrected input signal 25 to a selector circuit 14, input signal discriminating circuit 13 which receives the block input signal 24 and supplies a discrimination result signal 36 which is outputted for discriminating the previously set regularity of the input signal to the selection control edge of the selector circuit 14, and an A function circuit 8 which receives the corrected input signal 25 or block input signal 24 as function input signal 26 by the discrimination result signal 36 and outputs the functional output signal into an inside signal buss 3. Also each of other B-D function circuits 5-7 has the same constitution. |
