CONSTITUTION:The surfaces of conductive particles 11 are covered with electric insulating material 10, whose film thickness is reduced through the action of pressure so that conductive portions can be made on the conductive particles, so as to form anisotropic conductive particles used for anisotropic conductive material for electric connection. |
