A transfer device according to the invention comprises a transfer tool (5, 17, 21) which is activated by a rectilinear guide, i.e. by a mechanism made such that a point of attachment (11) of the transfer tool (5, 17, 21) describes a rectilinear trajectory, whereas the drive element (7) is provided with non-rectilinear motion, and in particular with angular motion, which rectilinear guide consists of an articulated multilateral (7, 8, 10; 7, 8, 10, 20), and in particular an articulated quadrilateral or pentalateral.
