FIELD: handling liquids; various industries. SUBSTANCE: pump has housing and rotor with vanes floating in radial slots. Recesses having depth "h" no less than 5 mm are made before each slot on cylindrical surface of rotor in way of rotation and in parallel with slots. Faces of recesses have different angles of inclination to cylindrical surface of rotor at length "1" of recesses ranging from 0.7 to 0.85 of length of generatrix of cylindrical surface of rotor.
