摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a caster whose bearing is not prevented from rotating smoothly by fastening of an axle bolt and a nut. SOLUTION: A pair of deep groove ball bearings 6 on both right and left sides is inserted with a mutual space between a wheel 3 and an axle 4. A ferrule 7 is inserted between an inner ring 6b of the bearing 6 and a foot 2a which is to extrude the inner ring 6b in the center direction of the axle 4. The inner ring 6b of the bearing 6, which is longer than its outer ring 6a, is extended in the center direction of the axle 4, and its inner end faces are in contact with each other. Although the inner ring 6b of the bearing 6 is fixed to the foot 2a through the ferrule 7 when the axle bolt 4a and the nut 4b are fastened, a movement of the bearing is not affected by the fastening because the inner end faces of the inner ring 6 are in contact with each other, thus providing a smooth movement at all times.
