METHOD FOR FORMING COATING FILM ON IRON-BASED MATERIAL AND ITS COATING FILM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for forming a coating film having excellent corrosion resistance on the surface of an iron-based material by using a dry process, which hardly causes anxiety to the pollution of the environment. SOLUTION: The method for forming the coating film on the surface of the iron-based material comprises the steps of: jetting particles of a zinc alloy toward the iron-based material at a high speed to form an undercoating film; and performing powder coating using powder paint on the undercoating film-formed iron-based material.
