PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheel type working machine capable of automatically switching an information presenting part to the state at traveling at the suitable timing before the wheel type working machine is transferred to the traveling state. SOLUTION: A travelable determination part 21 determines whether or not the wheel type working machine becomes in the travelable state based on an output signal a of a shift position detection part 1, an output signal b of a parking brake detection part 2 and an output signal c of a foot brake detection part 3, and determines that the traveling state selected by operating a shift lever is advancement traveling or retreating traveling. When it is determined that it becomes in the advancement travelable state, a lock signal g is outputted to display a traveling speed display picture illustrated in Fig.2 on an image display device 7. Further, when it is determined that it becomes in the retreating travelable state, a lock signal h is outputted to display a picked-up image of a rear side monitoring camera 6 on the image display device 7.
