An output control part 150 outputs digital content DC corresponding to the identification result of the personally identified general consumer and the detection of the specific temperature. Thus, it is possible to continuously provide the personal digital content DC to the general consumer who frequently uses the specific space according to the consuming circumstances of the specific consumable merchandise PT.
