PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress reduction in luminous efficiency of a phosphor sheet due to heating of a phosphor.SOLUTION: A phosphor sheet 1 includes a phosphor 1c which emits fluorescent light by receiving excitation light L. The amount of light generated by receiving the excitation light L is smaller in the central part of the phosphor sheet 1 than at the end thereof. In the phosphor sheet 1, the surface on the phosphor layer 1a side becomes the light-receiving surface 1R (receiving the excitation light L)irradiated with the excitation light L, and the surface on the heat dissipation layer 1b side becomes a light emission surface 1E emitting fluorescent light.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
