The present invention relates to a UV curable matt coating composition, which comprises 3-5 parts by weight of a photoinitiator, 35-40 parts by weight of a difunctional silicone-modified urethane acrylate oligomer, 35-40 parts by weigh of isobornyl acrylate, and 20-25 parts by weight of trimethylolpropane triacrylate. The present invention also relates to a method for coating a UV curable matt coating composition, which comprises the steps of: A) coating a PVC film with a UV curable matt coating composition; B) preliminarily curing the film coated in the step A) with a UV curing system under oxygen atmosphere at 135-165 mJ; and C) completely curing the film preliminarily cured in the step B) with a UV curing system under nitrogen atmosphere having an oxygen concentration of 1000 ppm or less at 900-1100 mJ. According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a UV curable matt coating composition of a solvent-free type, which has excellent anti-fouling properties, is provided with excellent iodine properties (strong alkaline properties), uses raw materials having a high conversion ratio, and thus is eco-friendly with a high TVOC. |
