PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately adjust deviations with an operation plan, irrespective of a target equipment type.SOLUTION: An energy management system (EMS) 2 to manage power demand on the basis of an operation plan comprises: a communication device which acquires the current power demand state and output power on power equipment 1 which includes target equipment being one or more equipment of at least one type out of power generators 7, 8 and a power storage device 6; and a dynamic redistribution control unit, on the basis of the acquired current power demand state and output power. which executes processing for calculating an output command value of the target equipment so as to be compliant with an operation value of the operation plan as much as possible, using an integration algorithm which does not differentiate the target equipment type.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
