PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disc brake device for operating a brake constantly for a specific response time regardless of an abrasion amount of a pad.SOLUTION: A disc brake device includes a spindle 13 mounted in a state that it is axially movable to a sleeve member 22 and they cannot be relatively rotated, a wedge cam 20 mounted in a state that it is axially movable to the sleeve member 22 and they cannot be relatively rotated, a rotating member 38 disposed between the spindle 13 and the wedge cam 20, engaged with a one-way reversible screw of the spindle 13, frictionally engaged by elastically energized in a direction to press a friction face to a contact face of the wedge cam 20, and released from the wedge cam 20 and rotated when the spindle 13 is moved by a prescribed stroke or more in a driving direction and returned, and an adjustment member 23 frictionally held to the sleeve member 22 by a friction member 24.
