<p>PURPOSE: To provide a combined valve module control panel which is expansible and contractible according to the number of valve modules and tough with high durability and reliability, has a simplified design, and allows the relatively economic manufacture and assembling. CONSTITUTION: This valve module control panel 10 has a gas supply module 14 at one end of a row of valve modules and a bleed module at the other end. Each valve module is individually controlled by its own valve mechanism, and pressurized gas is supplied to all of the valve modules from the supply module 14. All the valve modules are bled through the exhaust module. The valve module control panel 10 can be expanded and contracted according to the number of valve modules 12 releasably secured together by a series of nuts and tie rods. A protective shield for the valve module control panel can be adjusted in size according to the number of valve modules.</p> |
