PURPOSE: To provide a method for stimulating the growth of vegetables by adducts of vitamin K3 or menadion as a specific vitamin compd. or hydrogensulfite accompanied with amino acid. CONSTITUTION: This method for stimulating the growth and maturation of plants, horticultural products and vegetables is the method for wholly or partially treating the vegetables and/or their cultivation media with the compsn. contg. at least one adducts of the menadion and the hydrogensulfite and the compds. selected from nicotineamide, nicotinic acid, thiamine, p-aminobenzoic acid, tryptophan, histidine and adenine in the form of the org. or nonorg. excipient of one or more agriculturally permissible solids or liquids. |
