PURPOSE:To execute the sales processing of a commodity being suitable for contract sales by generating a sales slip for selling a contract commodity on each sales counting-up day in a contract period, based on contract data of a contract file. CONSTITUTION:At the time of generating a contract, a contract registering screen is used. In the upper part of the contract registering screen, a contract date column exists, and a contract date conforming to the contract contents is inputted. Subsequently, in the contract No. column, a contract number given automatically is displayed. Next, to a first line of a 'commodity' column in the center of the contract registering screen, a commodity for contract sales is inputted. Thereafter, when the registration processing of the generated contract is executed, a contract file is generated by the contents displayed on the contract registering screen. Subsequently, based on the registered contents of the contract file, a sales slip can be generated automatically on a sales counting-up day. In such a way, the sales processing of the commodity being suitable for the contract sales such as a house rent, lease, rental, etc., can be executed. |
