PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively utilize communication charge, terminal resources, and radio wave resources and to remove restrictions of operation times of a sender and a receiver by communicating data with high efficiency through a communica tion network using a radio channel. SOLUTION: A data storage server 7 is provided for a mobile communication network 6 and temporarily stores transmitted data from a transmission side. The data storage server 7 transfers the stored transmit data to a specified reception device 9 immediately on condition that the reception device 9 is ready to receive. When the reception device 9 is not ready to receive, a reception device monitor server 8 monitors the state of the reception device 9 and the previciusly stored transmitted data are transferred to the reception device 9 once the reception device becomes ready. The data storage server 7 once storing the transmit data from the transmission side temporarily disconnects the line to the transmission side, and calls the transmission side again when the transfer of the stored transmit data to the reception side is completed to report the end of the data transfer.
