PURPOSE: Slicing method for chromis notata pleuronectidae raw fish is provided which slices pleuronectidae raw fish in a small size to crush back bone minutely so that it enable people to eat the pleuronectidae raw fish more conveniently. CONSTITUTION: The slicing method for chromis notata pleuronectidae raw fish comprises the steps of: (i) slicing fin and scales away; (ii) separating head and internal organs from a body; and (iii) slicing the backbone minutely against 45 degrees on the basis of the backbone to crush the backbone in a fine way. Accordingly, it doesn't leave bone dregs with enjoying the specific taste of the chromis notata pleuronectidae raw fish.
