<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container for foods, which is formed so as to be capable of easily heightening barrier functions at the bottom face of the container while reducing the manufacturing cost thereof. SOLUTION: The container 11 for foods is composed of a container main body 12 made of a synthetic resin, which consists of a bottom wall 21 and a side wall 22 provided upward at the peripheral edge of the bottom wall 21 and which is formed into a bottomed cylindrical shape, and a functional film 13 to be stuck on an outer face of the bottom wall 21 and having barrier functions such as barrier properties, lightproofness and UV-shielding properties. A bottom wall recess 25 is provided at a central part of the bottom wall 21, and a protruding mass 26 of an excess resin, which has overflowed a resin supply port and solidified when the container main body 12 is molded, is made slightly protuberant at a central part of the bottom wall recess 25. This protruding mass 26 of the excess resin is completely contained in the bottom wall recess 25. A pressure-sensitive adhesive layer formed of a heat-resistant and cold-resistant pressure-sensitive adhesive is provided at the innermost layer of the functional film 13, and a water-resistant film layer is provided at the outermost layer thereof.</p> |
