PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gavel having an appropriate form to tap, rub, push and scrub each part of the human body and useful for health maintenance of elderly people by innervating hearing and cerebral nerve from sounding. SOLUTION: A tool to tap, rub, push and scrub each part of the human body has an appropriate form fitting to the body. The form to satisfy this requirement is the shape of Magatama. The Magatama-shaped gavel has a hollow and beads are put inside. Therefore the gavel can sounds.
