An endless metallic belt, and a fixing belt, and a heating and fixing apparatus by using the same are provided to match with the demand of an existing endless metallic belt for abrasion resistance, folding endurance, and heat resistance. An endless metallic belt includes nickel alloy. The nickel alloy includes at least one selected from the first group consisting of phosphorus, boron, silicon, germanium, selenium, antimony, tellurium, bismuth and astatine. The width of a crystal plane of an X-ray diffraction pattern is 0.5 degrees, and a half width of X-ray diffraction peaks of the crystal plane are in the range of 0.5 degrees to 2.5 degrees. An element selected from the first group is phosphorus or boron. The endless metallic belt includes at least one selected from the second group consisting of iron, cobalt, manganese and tungsten.
