PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple and efficient method for preparing a non-human animal model suitable for evaluating prolongment of life. SOLUTION: The method for preparing the non-human animal model comprises transplanting a cell line of breast cancer such as MDA-MB-361 into the skull of a non-human animal such as a mouse.
