PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-screen monitoring system capable of easily grasping the respective positional relations, photographic directions and photographic ranges, and the states of a plurality of monitoring cameras. SOLUTION: The multi-screen monitoring system is provided with a monitoring camera state symbol generating part 104 for generating a monitoring camera state symbol showing the photographic directions and photographic ranges of the plurality of monitoring cameras 101, or abnormality detection states of the monitoring cameras, and a composition processing part 106 for respectively displaying the video data of the plurality of monitoring cameras 101 at installation positions of the plurality of monitoring cameras 101 on the map data of a monitoring area and compositing and displaying state symbols of the monitoring cameras that respectively correspond to respective video data display areas.
