PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of reducing power consumption to the utmost limit by stopping power sully at all the time excepting for a time in which an extension telephone is being used, in a telephone control device in which a plurality of extension telephones are accommodated.SOLUTION: When a telephone call is incoming to the telephone control device itself, a power supply control part discriminates whether an origination source telephone number of the incoming call is matched with any one of telephone sets which are registered in a power supply starting extension telephone number registration part. If matched, based on power supply starting time setting and power supply ending time setting, it is discriminated whether to start power supply to an extension telephone corresponding to the telephone number. If a call origination instruction command is received from a control terminal 4, after power supply to an extension telephone of a call origination target designated by the received call origination instruction command is started, the power supply control part executes processing of call origination to a telephone number that is designated by the call origination instruction command. If it is detected that the extension telephone becomes unused, power supply to the extension telephone is stopped.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
