PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve workability when an electronic apparatus is connected to ground.SOLUTION: A ground structure includes: a notch part 11 penetrating a base layer 10 of carbon fiber-reinforced plastic from a surface 10F side to a rear face 10R side; a metallic grounding member 24 provided integrally with a noise filter 20 (electronic apparatus) to be overlapped on the surface 10F of the base layer 10; and a fixing member 36 for pressing the grounding member 24 on the surface 10F of the base layer 10 by screwing a nut 39 into a bolt 37 penetrating the grounding member 24. A conduction part 27 which penetrates the notch part 11 to come into contact with a grounding conduction path 35 is formed integrally with the grounding member 24. The conduction part 27 restricts the co-rotation of the grounding member 24 by being brought into contact with a stopper 12 of the notch part 11 when the bolt 37 and the nut 39 are tightened.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
