PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of providing a user with a photographic image, in which subject's lips are edited by the user, suitable for printing and transmission without deteriorating image quality of the photographic image.SOLUTION: An image editing device creates mask information showing a lip part of a subject for each photographic image to store the mask information in pre-scribble processing (S311). The image editing device accepts selection of color of lips from a plurality of predetermined colors in scribble processing (S315). The image editing device creates a transmission image obtained by performing predetermined processing for transmission to another apparatus to at least a lip part of the subject in each photographic image after the scribble processing, on the basis of the mask information and selected color of lips in each photographic image (S316).
