PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an installation plan support device for a power distribution system for settling an operation setting value for making the number of times of hunting equal to or less than a predetermined value regarding a voltage regulation device for regulating a tap position when a temporal integration value of a secondary-side voltage deviated from a predetermined voltage exceeds a predetermined value (operation setting value), and an installation plan support method.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to an installation plan support device 10 for a power distribution system in which a plurality of voltage regulation devices are disposed in series each for regulating a tap of a tapped transformer in the timing when an integration value of a voltage deviated from an allowable range exceeds an operation setting value regarding a secondary-side voltage of the tapped transformer. The installation plan support device comprises: an operation setting value settlement processing part which includes a plurality of combinations of operation settlement values for each of an upstream-side voltage regulation device and a downstream-side voltage regulation device, and calculates a combination of operation setting values on the basis of the number of times of corresponding hunting; and a display part for displaying the operation setting value that is calculated by the operation setting value settlement processing part, and the number of times of hunting.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
