PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an outer jacket material from being expanded when a gas is generated in a battery cell.SOLUTION: A battery pack 100 is constructed by housing a battery cell 110, which is formed so that an electrode body 112 is housed to an electrode body housing part 114a provided to an outer jacket member 114 formed by a laminate film, and a positive electrode lead 113a and a negative electrode lead 113b connected to the electrode body 112 are projected from the outer jacket member 114, into a container formed by a case 140 and a cover 130. A passage part 117 releasing a gas from the electrode body housing part 114a when the gas is generated in the electrode body 112 and an expansion part 116 changed from a state of bending it by flowing the gas flowed in the passage part 117 to a state of expanding are provided in the outer jacket member 114.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
