PURPOSE:To ensure simplification of a process and easing of management for reduction of the cost of electrode formation and securely form the electrode at a standing wall part of a recessed part by constructing the electrode by selectively forming a conductor deposition film on a casing surface. CONSTITUTION:An electronic part casing 1 is made of an insulating material of ceramics, etc., and masking members 2, 2 covering the casing 1 acts as a shielding part at a portion corresponding to an electrode non-formation part. However, in a part where there is not existent the members 2, 2, conductor particles ejected from a target adhere to the surface of the casing 2 to form a conductor deposition film. On the casing 1, there are selectively formed electrodes 3a, 3b, 3c (extending from the recessed part 1a to the casing outside. Hereby, a piezoelectric resonator contained in the casing 1 is located on the upper part of the recessed parts 1a, 1a, and the electrodes are connected to the electrodes 3a, 3b, 3c of the casing 1. Hereby, reduction of the number of processes and the process control are ensured to reduce the cost of the electrode formation. |
