<p>The invention relates to a carrier element (9) for moving a screen (5) in a greenhouse (1). The carrier element (9) can be mounted on a pull rope (7) and be connected to a screen (5), wherein the construction is such that when a predetermined force being exerted on the screen (5) is exceeded, the pull rope (7) will slip with respect to the carrier element (9). The carrier element (9) comprises two blocks (10,11), between which the pull rope (7) can be retained rectilinearly.
