PREPARATION METHOD FOR IgY(ΔFc) ANTIBODY AND ITS USE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preparing and purifying an antibody (IgYΔFc) from yolk. SOLUTION: This preparation method comprises a step for immunizing domestic fowl with an antigen, a step for partially purifying all antibodies from egg born from the above fowl and a step for carrying out immuno affinity purification of antibody produced against the antigen. The bond between the antibody and the antigen in the immuno affinity purification step is carried out within the range of pH 4 to 7 under an ion strength of <50 mM. The invention relates to various uses of IgY(ΔFc) antibody produced therefrom and new IgY(ΔFc) antibody.
