The method involves disposing two frames on a plane natural soil, installing bracing units between the frames, and installing base plates (14) connected on the frames. Side plates (12) are installed between posts (20) of the frames. Archway plates (16) having a curved inner or lower surface and a plane outer or extrados surface are installed on arches (22) of the frames. An embankment is formed with a part of volume of excavated ground. An independent claim is also included for a buried cellar.
