The present invention relates to the field of innovative agricultural development and relates to an Abelmoschus manihot dietary fiber product. Abelmoschus manihot plants contain relatively high grade dietary fiber in roots, stems, and leaves thereof, and are therefore good resources for producing dietary fiber. However, due to the characteristics of the resource material, the processing technique is not as easy as that for products using wheatgrass and barley malt as the raw material.
