PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically reduce the load of a network or a whole ATM system in a busy time zone for ATM use.SOLUTION: A storage device 20 of a CRM server 14 stores CRM content 26 and schedule management data 22, and the schedule management data 22 discriminate a busy time zone when the use of an ATM 16 is congested from the other time zones, and CRM control means 38 arranged in the ATM 16 executes control to perform access to a CRM server 14 under the control of transaction using the ATM 16, and to acquire and display the CRM content 26 on a transaction screen. Furthermore, the CRM control means refers to the schedule management data 22, and when the use of the ATM 16 is included in the busy time zone, stops the access to the CRM server 14, and restricts the execution of a CRM service.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
