PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic information board device, an information processing method and a program, capable of improving usability at handwriting as well as improving input accuracy of a stroke image being a target of character recognition.SOLUTION: An electronic blackboard includes: an OCR guide generating part 333 configured to display a writing region that allows an indication body to input a writing trajectory in part of a display screen; a coordinate detection part configured to detect writing coordinates of indication body moving within the writing region; and a display synthesis part 36 configured to generate a stroke image according to the writing coordinates and display the stroke image in the writing region.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 19
