The present invention provides an active show window display apparatus using color analysis which actively operates in response to interest of a customer, and a method and a system for operating the same. The active show window display apparatus using color analysis includes: a moving object area detection unit configured to detect a moving object area by using first and second data when the first and second data are received from a photographing device; a pixel information table management unit configured to generate a pixel information table for a pedestrian image by counting the number of pixels having the same pixel value, wherein the pixels constitutes the moving object area; and an image data extraction unit configured to extract specific image data from prepared image data by using the pixel information table for the pedestrian image and a pixel information table for the prepared image data and transmit the extracted image data, wherein the first image data include data on a background area, the second image data include data on the moving object area and the background area, the first image data are received every a preset time interval, and the second data are received every time when the object is sensed. |
