PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management device enabling a user's planned power use, a communication device, a management method, and a program.SOLUTION: A management device includes: a settlement section which updates holding point data corresponding to the amount paid by a user correspondingly to power consumption of the user; a prediction section which predicts prospective change tendency of the holding point according to power consumption history of the user or update history of the holding point data; and an output section which outputs according to the prospective change tendency predicted by the prediction section.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
