PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant cultivation device capable of increasing folate content of plants to be cultivated and reducing a cultivation cost, a plant, a plant cultivation method, and culture medium.SOLUTION: A plant cultivation device comprises a culture vessel which houses culture medium containing yeast for growing plants. Particularly, the culture medium is liquid culture medium, and concentration of yeast in the liquid culture medium is 0.05 wt% or more and 10 wt% or less, which allows plants to sufficiently absorb various nutrient components including folate contained in the yeast from roots without inhibiting the growth of plants.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
