PURPOSE:To easily edit collectively and output a file by providing an output image generating function dependent upon screen input and a file output function dependent upon the output image. CONSTITUTION:A screen control means which controls information of input/ output files and the input of an output image, an output image generating means which generates the inputted output image, a file output means which outputs information to the file in accordance with the output image, an area reserving means which reserves an area in the case of the absence of the output file, and an error check means which checks error at the time of inputting to a screen. A screen consists of two screens, and a file name or the like is designated on a first screen, and the output image is designated on a second screen. The output image is designated to successively generate the output image, and information is outputted to the output file with this output image. Thus, collective editing and output are made possible.
