PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispose a body floor surface at a position lower than a bogie frame. SOLUTION: A suspending structural body structure for a rolling stock comprises a floor structure between bogie structures disposed at front and rear parts of the rolling stock. A large rib member 28 extending perpendicularly to the longitudinal direction of a body is disposed at a ceiling part, and small rib members 30 extending from the large rib member 28 along body side walls are installed at specified intervals or non-equal intervals in the longitudinal direction of the body. Then the floor structure 32 is suspended from the small rib members 30.
